1. Processing and Quality Verification

Every order must pass through our internal verification facility before it is released to the carrier.

  • Fulfillment Window: We strictly maintain a two (2) business day processing period, during which each piece is inspected for quality and securely packaged. This excludes weekends and national holidays.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order leaves our facility, an automated notification containing your unique tracking identifier will be transmitted to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Logistics & Investment

At Livuvaaj, our shipping rates are calculated to reflect the care and security dedicated to each piece of jewelry during transit.

  • Flat-Rate Provisioning: For orders that do not reach our premium qualification threshold, a standardized logistics investment of $5.99 is applied at checkout to cover the secure handling and insurance of your shipment.

  • Complimentary Shipping Incentive: We waive all delivery fees for orders with a subtotal of $45.98 or higher as a courtesy to our valued clients. This complimentary service is automatically applied to your cart upon reaching the specified value.

3. Transit Estimates and Monitoring

We partner with specialized global carriers to ensure your jewelry is handled with precision.

  • Expected Delivery Windows:

    • Domestic (United States): 7–12 business days.

    • North America / Europe / UK: 7–15 business days.

    • International (Rest of World): 8–15 business days.

  • Carrier Telemetry: Please be advised that tracking information may require up to 48 hours to synchronize within the carrier’s network after the initial dispatch scan.

4. International Import Liabilities (DDU)

All shipments originating from Livuvaaj are handled on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that you act as the importer of record. Any applicable import duties, local value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are regulated by the destination country’s local authorities.

5. Policy on Transit Anomalies

We maintain rigorous protocols for situations involving shipping inconsistencies:

  • Physical Damage: In the rare instance that a piece arrives with structural or surface compromise, you are required to report the discrepancy to support@livuvaaj.com within 72 hours of delivery. High-resolution photographic documentation of the damage and its original transit packaging is required to facilitate a replacement or reimbursement.

  • Delivery Liability: If a parcel is formally logged as "Delivered" by the carrier’s tracking system, Livuvaaj considers the contractual delivery fulfilled. We are not responsible for subsequent loss or theft. In such events, we advise clients to immediately liaise with the courier to file a trace investigation.
